At Athar Jewels, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- Free of scratches, damage, or signs of use
- Returned in the original packaging, including any pouches, boxes, or tags
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Final sale items (marked as such at the time of purchase)
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
