Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery within Morocco We currently ship to all regions within Morocco. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Payment Method — Cash on Delivery (COD) Athar Jewels currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment is collected by the courier upon delivery of your order. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order's progress through the carrier's tracking system.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. Details on international delivery options will be announced soon — stay tuned!
