3. Pricing All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Athar Jewels currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment method. Payment is collected upon delivery by the courier.

5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are delivered within Morocco with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy. Customized or final-sale items are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, logos, product names, and text — is the property of Athar Jewels and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Athar Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by applicable Moroccan law.
